This Patch provides you with a working timezone-info for Middle-Europe.

Important change: New DST for germany works

Install as root with the following commands:

cp /usr/lib/zoneinfo/MET /usr/lib/zoneinfo/MET.ori
cp MET /usr/lib/zoneinfo
ATTENTION: Please use cp because these files are hardlinks and then reboot
           your system.
