Problem Description: 

The user tried to enter sunview and the system crashed with :

panic: ttcompat: unexpected ioctl acknowledgment

INSTALL: 

 As root:
 mv /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/tty_ttcompat.o /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/tty_ttcompat.o.FCS
 cp `arch -k`/{4.0.3,4.1,4.1.1}/tty_ttcompat.o /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ
 chmod 444 /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/tty_ttcompat.o


A new kernel will then need to be configured, built and installed
